I've got a bug related to my daily time on site ARP limit increase artifact card. If I start off the day without the card activated and later on in the day activate the card (swap out another card for it), it does show that my max ARP per day is increased (from 5 to 9) but my earned ARP does not go up with time on the site.
Whenever this happens, I already have reached my max of 5 ARP, so I do not know if trying not to hit the max yet until swapping would fix it.
