vault key from fanatical, is it region lock? when i use i got japan key, so i cant even use it. it was my fault using japan vpn though, forgot to disable it. but is japan key comes from AWA or fanatical (when redeeming)

You might want to make a support ticket or contact Fanatical directly about the situation, any Fanatical claims are specifically through Fanatical & not through AWA as they are supporting the keys unless stated otherwise

The vault keys should not be region locked. However, with a VPN there's a high chance that a mismatch of regions between Fanatical, Steam, and the game itself along the way is preventing play. In the future, log in from your home IP.

Try to make new steam jp account through vpn and add the game if you really want to play it i guess.
