Xbox One Controller received new setup options in Windows 10

Xbox One console has a convenient option of mapping buttons on the controller with which you can replace for example RS/LS with RB/LB buttons if your game does not offer this option. Although on PC can be used the same Xbox One controller, this option has so far been reserved for external programs. But, Microsoft has finally gave the native option for that also to users of Windows 10 through the new version of Xbox Accessories application.

As part of the same apart from changing what which button of Xbox One Controller does, you can replace the analog sticks and/or trigger keys, turn off the vibration of the controller and similar. Unfortunately, it seems that settings are only valid for Xbox One Controller, not the cult X360 gamepad.

Existential

I've always thought this should be part of the operating system just like keyboard and mouse support.

Wow, that's really cool! But I hate playing with a controller cause I end up aiming at the ceiling while shooting....Lol. Thanks for the info though!

This information applies only to Xbox One wireless controllers

I like the feel of the 360's controller better than the One's .  Glad the Alpha came with the 360.
