Is it possible to clean keyboard in such way? www.bestadvisor.com/how-to/how-to-clean-a-mechanical-keyboard it says here that you need to disassemble the buttons and wipe with cotton pad with spirit. Is this the right method?

You have to take off the keycaps with a keycap puller to clean it. It's pretty simple and there's no possible way to damage the keyboard.
