The Silent Hill website domain is up for sale

  • 11

Recently it was discovered that the website domain sillenthill.com is available for purchse, at $9835 USD, as apparently Konami don't really care about the franchise anymore. The website is described as follows: "Silent Hill: An evocative name with a slightly eerie, placid vibe." According to web.archive.com (also titled the Wayback Machine, a site that's dedicated to preserving websites of the past), sillenthill.com hasn't been used by Konami since 2003, so there's no surprise it's up for sale.

If you have the money, you can get the website domain here.

Kinda sad but not surprising.

Konami nowadays prefer to focus on making crappy smartphone games rather than investing in triple A games.
