The linked webpage shows $17.99 for the game on the respective platforms, but that is the preowned price, if you check each individual platform's store page it drops to $0.00 when you select 'New' and add to checkout. It seems to be out of stock online currently, it is available for in-store pick up where the stores have it in stock, at least that is how I was able to get my copy.
