Not much you can do, besides hacking Windows 11 installer. If interested, you should be able to easily do a web search on how to do that. The CPU in your system is not one of the supported models. For some reason, Microsoft has excluded most CPUs that are older than 8th Generation, and yours is 6th generation. Windows 10 is supposedly going to be supported until 2025, so I would just begin to plan to upgrade your system by then, and it will come with Windows 11. Sorry :-(
OP, since Windows 10 will continue to have security updates for years and no game or media-production apps require Windows 11, consider it too early to move to Windows 11 anyway. Anybody using it now is basically performing unpaid beta-testing for Microsoft. Not a negative or bad thing per se, but another way to say it's too bleeding edge for now.
