I might be late to the party on this. But after 3 months of trying off and on, I have finally managed to get my DRP restored after the debacle from May 27. It involved getting AWA to send me a history, a phone call to create a Dell support ticket, and an exhaustive email reply on that ticket detailing my Dell Rewards history (which I included a screenshot of).
So if your DRP history got nuked on Dell's site, it IS possible to get it restored. (does offering help still count for the 'help' tag?)
