My LEGO kit stuck at customs and I need help. Who should I get in touch with? Support doesn't answer emails most of the time or answer with delay. I am told on Discord there are Cartire and Lacksea but they haven't answered yet.

Edit: I use Firefox. I didn't need an approval. Once I went back to the control center, I refreshed the page and it was registered.
I just realized I don't even care that the website is full of errors anymore. Every 3 months there is one game I am interested and I am pretty sure I will stay up late and not get it. I applied to Lego and even the system took my money it refuses to ship it to me. Customer service doesn't even answer. So I realized wining extra 25 points by Steam Quests are useless. I only come here because of habit and false hopes. It is a very sad feeling after spending 5+ years of every morning.
