Hello there, I realized that I have bought one of the Mousepad rewards but I forgot to "claim it" back in the day and just claimed recently. Sadly I realized both of the Mousepads are out of order now and there's no indication about my order status. I only see it on my rewards page. I emailed the contact email but there hasn't been any response yet, I know it takes extra long to ship and manage the stuff into Turkey but I feel like it went into void since I "claimed" it when it was out of order.

Hello I didn't realize I won the one of the 15th anniversary sweepstake artifact but I can't redeem my code. It said there was an error at first and now it says it's claimed. Did I missed my chance :((
