For reason unknown I still don't have the Enter Game Vault Achievements despite getting 5 games from Game Vault throughout the years. Is that a common issue?
How come Vault is nowhere near to be opened but more than 5 titles are currently "Out of Stock"?
Just got to 11k lifetime ARP points and haven't got Tier 4. Was something changed recently and Tier 4 supposed to open at higher ARP value?
