guys I contacted support for dragons dogma 2 key rgionalezed in game volt but no response so I want to trade it with a guy but in which regions it can be activated ? thank you

hello in "game volt" I had ARPs and I took "Dragon's Dogma 2" but when I put the key on Steam, I received a message stating that this key is unfortunately not available on purchase in this country, your purchase was canceled what is that !!!!!? guys no response it's been 12 days now!!! I think the support is totally ignoring me!? big"RIP" for support
