I'd also like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to your DRPs. Check if your DRPs have expired prematurely! All of my DRPs were reset to zero this month, even though the Dell website indicated that no points would expire. Even points I received in June have now expired after less than 30 days.

My counter is stuck at 5 hours. But the bar shows that I have at least 6 hours. Does anyone else have the same problem?
