apparently you don't get shit back if you cancel an order in Germany ,not to mention that their FQA section don;t even work/load ,it's a joke ,lost 180E voucher ,after I cleary specified"cancel only if i don't lose the 180 voucher"

@Thalatash genuine curiosity: what's the expiration date on the refunded Dell Reward Points? My assumption and expectation is that they'd return it... with the same expiration date before use.

maayakins For me it didn't go back to the DRP balance, it went into the Dollar balance and didn't have an expiration.

@maayakins I was wrong, the Dollar balance does have an expiration, but the expiration is 8 months from when I got the refund.

That's actually quite lenient(oversight?) of Dell to refresh the expire from the date of refunding instead of expiring from the original obtain

Update on DELL order,after I was a "little bit" mad about all the situation ,they agreed to give me the voucher in DELL Points back with a new expiring date (Mid November).
