Unable to replace the artifact that I equipped on 4th May. Tried changing the region in url to na, eu, in, etc. Also tried without the region. What to do now?

I bought the artifact fragments on 4th May after applying the 1% discount artifact. I can see the fragements entry in the reward logs with the date "2024-05-04". It is now 6th in my country, so definitely 24 hours must have passed by now.

Try upgrading an artifact that can't be upgraded or the one that you don't have enough fragmets to upgrade.
