I only receive an error and couldn't fill the form. My friend said he has a similar problem and customer service doesn't reply. Have you tried sending an email to them?

Guess it can get pretty messy when you're jet setting between your spring/summer/autumn/winter residences. 1%'er problems, lol. You might check if you used a different adress for your Alienware & DELL account.

My address is in Canada, parcels were delivered to Elgin IL according to tracking numbers

I placed an order that hasn't arrived. The site says it went to an address in Oregon (I'm in NC) and delivered a month before it actually shipped. Multiple emails have gotten no response.
