Do marketplace reduction artifacts apply to blind auctions?
I assume it's not possible, but if I equip my artifacts for the Stanley Excavation for 15% off the game vault, can I bid 15% more in the blind auction?
I'm assuming I can only bid up to the amount of ARP I currently have at the time I bid.

If I have the Stanley Excavation set is there really any reason I should spend battle pass coins on the Rudimentary Light Warping artifact?
The max you can get is 15% off marketplace after upgrading all the tiers with fragments.
That seems to match what I already have access to with the Stanley set - are there any other benefits to the Light Warping artifact I'm not seeing?
