Tournaments and own profile pictures coming to Xbox One

Xbox listened to the fans and their wishes and prepared some interesting updates to some of which was time to become available on Xbox One consoles. If you do not care too much for the social opportunities of your console mainly related to online activities, then the upcoming updates will not be the most exciting thing ever, but it is about a couple of interesting things.

Head of Xbox Major Nelson on his blog has published a full list of changes, and we convey only the most interesting. With the work starts Arena, which will be specially integrated system of tournament that anyone can follow through applications on the console and Windows 10 devices, but also to participate in them, starting with World of Tanks tournament organized by ESL.

Our profiles will finally be able to add any desired profile picture to make it more special and striking. This will come in handy for those who are looking for teammates in what will help them also the new "Looking for Group" system through which we can advertise or look for players willing of common playing certain games and goals, and we can then group up also in clubs.

Many other minor updates will dress up menus that navigation on them becomes more efficient and to add various options to improve the use of the console and activities such as online streaming. Through the next few weeks access to all the extras will get members of Xbox Insiders program as a way of final testing before updates are available for all owners of Xbox One.
