ZeniMax again sues because of VR, this time with Samsung

ZeniMax - the parent company of Bethesda, id Software, Arkane and several other studios, several months ago won a case against Facebook and Oculus Rift for $ 500 million. However, the company does not intend to finish its VR-war on this. The new goal was Samsung.
Let me remind you that ZeniMax insisted that the founder of Oculus Palmer Lucky appropriated trade secrets, violated the NDA and the company's trademark. In simple terms, ZeniMax convinced the court that Lucky had abducted the VR technology / ZeniMax code and filed it under its own brand.
Now ZeniMax insists that Samsung knew or had a reason to know that it uses Oculus technologies based on a database owned by ZeniMax. Simply put, for Samsung Gear VR the company consciously bought the technology stolen from ZeniMax.
Samsung licensed the use of Oculus technology from 2014, which led to the appearance of Samsung Gear VR. According to ZeniMax at the time of the deal, there were already rumors of a lawsuit against Oculus and other charges that were mentioned by major publications.
Samsung has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
