Stormbind is actually AMAZING! - Path of Exile (3.10 Delirium)

I was very skeptical about Stormbind and its viability in Delirium, but after playing with it, i found out it works very well once you get enough mana cost and cast speed. Using Indigon and Doedre's Malevolence gloves. Playing as Hierophant. Did up to T16 maps just fine.
