(Negative) Record broken by Paradox

The newly released (27 Apr, 2021)  Leviathan Expansion for Europa Universalis IV by Paradox Interactive sets a new (negative) record for Steam user review scores. At the moment it sits at Overwhelmingly Negative with 2,844 reviews with a depressing 11.98% score by Steam rating algorithm. The only positive review displayed on the store page is a meme "Cyberpunk 1444".

Accompanied by a 40+ page megathread on the offical forum and a bug tracking megathread on reddit Paradox released a hotfix which didn't change negative opinions much. One reason for the desastrous release may be buried in Paradox' code which has to provide for dozens of DLC. A practice for which Paradox was often criticized.

The only ones who will really love this expansion so far are exploit channels like The Spiffing Brit breaking America with his review copy.
