To paraphrase the article, JJ Abrams is trying to ride the new gaming craze wave and come out with new content. JJ Abrams teamed up with warner bros to try and create a fan favorite movie. The movie has been a concept since 2013 and they dumped the half life movie. “We actually do have a script that’s being written for the Portal movie now at [Warner Bros.]. We’re really excited about the take and the pitch, so it feels like that thing’s finally on the rails.” -Abrams.
