These rules (“Official Rules”) set forth the rules of the Alienware Arena Holiday H`erkow Plasma Chamber Artifact Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). iGames, Inc. (“Administrator”) is the administrator of the Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you accept these Official Rules and agree to be bound by their terms. If you do not agree with these Official Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes.
- Eligibility.
- This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and any Province of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older and legal residents of other eligible countries who are sixteen (16) years of age or older as of December 15, 2025 (“Entrants”). Void in countries where prohibited. Residents of countries subject to U.S. export control restrictions and sanctions, countries embargoed by the U.S. and countries that have been designated by the U.S. government as terrorist supporting nations are not eligible to enter. If an Entrant is under the age of majority, then he/she must obtain prior consent from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Administrator. Failure of an Entrant’s parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release will invalidate an Entrant’s Entry.
- All Entrants must have a valid e-mail address and it is Entrant’s responsibility to update the Administrator of any change in their e-mail address.
- Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to compliance with the requirements specified below.
- Employees of Administrator, Dell Technologies, or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings, and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited.
- No Entrant will be allowed to receive more than one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes starts at 10 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on December 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59am PST December 21, 2025.
3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes.
Each Entrant must have or create a free Alienware Arena account and may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an entry form located online at alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2173606/boards/contest-and-giveaways-global/Sweepstakes/alienware-arena-end-of-year-celebration-artifact-sweepstakes-1. Upon completion of the entry form, Entrant is provided one entry (“Entry”) in the Sweepstakes.
The Entry provides a single submission in the drawing ("Drawing") for a prize. Maximum of one Entry per person. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one Entry will void the Entry and the Entrant will be disqualified.
4. Prize.
Administrator will make available the following prizes. If the winner already has the artifact being awarded, the winner will instead receive the listed ARP in lieu of the artifact.
- Five (5) grand prize winners will each receive a H`erkow Plasma Chamber Alienware Arena Artifact (prize value in Alienware Arena rewards is 50 ARP)
- Twenty (20) runner-up winners will each receive a Rudimentary Light Warping Alienware Arena Artifact (prize value in Alienware Arena rewards is 50 ARP)
The prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind (other than any standard warranty provided by the manufacturer). All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. To the extent allowed by applicable law, all taxes (and the reporting consequences thereof) and any other fees or costs associated with the prize described above are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, except as allowed by Administrator who reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value in the event any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Administrator will pay the costs of shipping or delivery of the prize.
5. Drawing for the Prize. Administrator will conduct the Drawing on or about December 22, 2025.
- The Drawing will be conducted by Administrator in Boise, ID, USA. The Drawing will be made using Administrator’s random selection tool.
- The odds of winning a prize are based on the total number of qualified entries for the Drawing and are equal regardless of the method of entry.
- You do not need to be present to win.
- All decisions of Administrator are final and binding.
- Administrator will not deliver a prize to any person other than the winner, other than the parent/legal guardian of a winner who is under the age of majority in their place of residence.
6. Notification of Winner. Each potential winner will be notified by e-mail within three (3) days following the Drawing. Each potential winner may be required to agree to the Certificate of Eligibility and Release (“Release”), which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability and/or a publicity release, to the extent permissible by law. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes prize winner’s agreement to sign such document. If required by law, the winner also will be required to execute Federal, State and/or Provincial tax releases. Within five (5) days of notification attempt, winner must respond to Administrator with the requested documents and if applicable, any tax release, or the prize will be forfeited. In such a case, Administrator will choose an alternate winner by the same random method. The winner, by entering the Sweepstakes, consents to the inclusion of his or her name, alias and country being disclosed by Administrator as indicated below.
- Canadian Winners. In addition to the above, if a person selected by the random selection method is a resident of Canada, as prescribed by Canadian law, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a winner.
7. Use of Information. The Administrator collects personal information in order to conduct the Sweepstakes and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and Sweepstakes administrators. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants agree that Administrator and its agents and assignees may use his or her name, contact information (email, address), alias, game account and image to manage the Sweepstakes. In addition, any such information may be used and disclosed as set forth in the Alienware Arena privacy policy located at http://www.alienwarearena.com/legal/privacy. Please note that by participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting these Official Rules, you acknowledge and accept the use of your personal information and other data for the purposes set out above and it may be transferred and stored in the United States. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, or to market to you, contact us at info@igamesinc.com. We will respond to your request within 30 business days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. General Release. As far as permitted by applicable law, Administrator, Dell Technologies, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and all of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will not be responsible for any of the following insofar as they are beyond their reasonable control: (a) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or any other computer and communications related malfunctions or failures; (b) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Administrator with the exception of personal injury or death caused by negligence or willful misconduct of the Sweepstakes Entities; or (c) any technical or human error such as typographical, printing, or administrative errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Unless prohibited by the applicable law, you acknowledge that the prizes will be awarded “as is” and that the Administrator makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, express or implied, concerning a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize.
By entering the Sweepstakes, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold each of the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy but excluding personal injury or death caused by negligence or willful misconduct of the Sweepstakes Entities.
9. General Terms.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Idaho, USA. Each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ada County, Idaho, USA, and all Entrants agree to Ada County as the venue for any legal action without regard to conflict of laws doctrine. Some jurisdictions will not recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ada County, USA, in which case the above clause on jurisdiction may not apply to you.
- Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ or experts’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
- The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
- Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or Administrator otherwise becomes incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. In such circumstances, Administrator will endeavor, to the extent reasonably possible, to select the winner(s) in a fair and equitable manner, as determined by the Administrator, from among all eligible entries (if any) unaffected by the problem. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual founds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Administrator’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Ce règlement (« Règlement officiel ») expose les règles du « Tirage au Sort Alienware Arena Holiday H`erkow Plasma Chamber Artifact» (« Tirage au sort »). iGames, Inc. (« Administrateur ») administre le Tirage au sort.
En participant au Tirage au sort, vous acceptez le Règlement officiel et vous vous engagez à en respecter les conditions. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord avec ce Règlement officiel, veuillez ne pas vous inscrire au Tirage au sort.
1. Admissibilité.
Le tirage au sort est réservé aux résidents légaux des États-Unis et du Canada (à l'exclusion du Québec) âgés de treize (13) ans ou plus, ainsi qu'aux résidents d'autres pays admissibles âgés de seize (16) ans ou plus au 15 décembre 2025 (les « participants »). Nul dans les pays où la participation est interdite. Les résidents de pays soumis à des restrictions et sanctions américaines en matière de contrôle des exportations, de pays sous embargo américain et de pays désignés par le gouvernement américain comme soutenant le terrorisme ne sont pas admissibles. Si un Participant est mineur, il ou elle doit obtenir l’autorisation préalable de son tuteur ou de sa tutrice légale pour participer et l’Administrateur pourra demander, à sa discrétion, au tuteur ou à la tutrice légal de vérifier l’autorisation accordée ou de signer une décharge. À défaut, si le tuteur ou la tutrice légal ne vérifie pas l’autorisation et/ou ne signe pas la décharge, l’Inscription du ou de la Participant est annulée.
- Les Participants doivent avoir une adresse courriel valide et il incombe de leur responsabilité d’avertir l’Administrateur de tout changement concernant cette adresse.
- La participation au Tirage au sort est soumise aux conditions énoncées ci-après.
- Les employés de l’Administrateur, de Dell Technologies, ou de tous leurs parents, affiliés, filiales et agences de communication respectifs, ou de toute autre entreprise ou individu contribuant à la conception, la production, l’exécution ou la distribution du Tirage au sort, ainsi que leur famille immédiate (époux.se, parents et beaux-parents, frères et sœurs, demi-frères et sœurs, enfants et enfants du conjoint) et les membres de leur foyer (personnes ayant partagé leur résidence au moins trois (3) mois dans l’année) ne sont pas admissibles.
- Ne s’applique pas là où la loi l’interdit.
- Aucun Participant ne peut recevoir plus d’un (1) prix lors du Tirage au sort.
2. Période d’inscription. La période d'inscription commence à 10h00, heure normale du Pacifique (HNP), le 15 décembre 2025 et se termine à 11h59, heure normale du Pacifique, le 21 décembre 2025.
3. Comment s’inscrire au Tirage au sort.
Chaque participant doit posséder ou créer un compte Alienware Arena gratuit et peut participer au concours en remplissant un formulaire d'inscription disponible en ligne à l'adresse alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2173606/boards/contest-and-giveaways-global/Sweepstakes/alienware-arena-end-of-year-celebration-artifact-sweepstakes-1. Une fois le formulaire d'inscription rempli, le participant reçoit une inscription (« Inscription ») au concours.
La Participation représente une chance de gagner au Tirage au Sort. Maximum 1 Inscription par personne. Toute tentative d’un Participant d’obtenir 1 Inscription supplémentaire annulera la Participation initiale et disqualifiera le Participant.
4. Prix.
L'administrateur remettra les prix suivants. Si le gagnant possède déjà l'artefact en jeu, il recevra l'ARP indiqué à la place de l'artefact.
• Cinq (5) grands gagnants recevront chacun un (1) Artefact Alienware Arena H`erkow Plasma Chamber (valeur du prix en récompenses Alienware Arena 50 ARP)
• Vingt (20) prix gagnants recevront chacun un (1) Artefact Alienware Arena Rudimentary Light Warping (valeur du prix en récompenses Alienware Arena 50 ARP)
Tous les prix sont fournis "en l'état" et sans aucune garantie (à l'exception de toute garantie standard fournie par le fabricant). Les détails et autres restrictions relatifs aux prix, non précisés dans le présent Règlement officiel seront déterminés par l’Administrateur, à sa seule discrétion. Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, les taxes (et les conséquences qui y sont liées) et tous les autres frais ou coûts associés aux prix ci-dessus relèvent de la responsabilité exclusive des gagnants. Le prix ne peut être échangé, sauf autorisation de l’Administrateur qui se réserve le droit de remettre un prix d’une valeur égale ou supérieure, au cas où l'un des prix annoncés deviendrait indisponible. L'administrateur paiera pour expédier le prix.
5. Tirage au sort. L’Administrateur procèdera au Tirage le ou aux environs du 22 décembre 2025.
- L’Administrateur procèdera au Tirage à Boise, Idaho, États-Unis. Le Tirage se fera au moyen de l’outil de sélection aléatoire de l’Administrateur.
- Les chances de remporter un prix dépendent du nombre total d’Inscriptions qualifiées au Tirage et sont égales quelle que soit la méthode d’Inscription.
- Vous n’avez pas à être présent pour gagner.
- Toute décision de l’Administrateur est finale et exécutoire.
- L’Administrateur ne remettra le prix à aucune autre personne que le ou la gagnant, ou son tuteur ou sa tutrice légal si le ou la gagnant est mineur, dans leur lieu de résidence.
6. Notification des gagnants. Chaque gagnant potentiel sera informé par courriel dans les trois (3) jours suivant le tirage au sort. Chaque gagnant potentiel peuvent avoir à signer le Certificat d’admissibilité et de décharge (« Décharge ») qui comprend un accord du présent Règlement officiel et une dispense de responsabilité, dans la mesure permise par la loi. En s’inscrivant au présent Tirage au sort, les Participants s’engagent à signer ce document. Si la loi l'exige, le gagnant sera également tenu de signer des formulaires de déclaration fiscale fédéraux, étatiques et/ou provinciaux. Les gagnants doivent répondre à l’Administrateur dans les cinq (5) jours suivant la notification et renvoyer les documents demandés ou le prix sera invalidé. Dans ce cas, l’Administrateur choisira un autre gagnant en employant la même méthode de sélection aléatoire.
- Gagnants Canadiens. En plus de ce qui précède, si une personne choisie par la méthode de sélection aléatoire est un résident du Canada, tel que prescrit par la loi canadienne, il/elle devra répondre correctement à une question d'habileté mathématique limitée dans le temps qui sera effectuée par téléphone à un heure convenue pour être déclaré gagnant.
7. Utilisation des informations. L’Administrateur collecte des informations personnelles en vue de procéder au Tirage au sort et peut, à cette fin, communiquer ces informations à des tierces personnes, y compris et sans s’y limiter, les fournisseurs du prix et les administrateurs du Tirage au sort. L’Inscription est conditionnée par ces informations. Les Participants acceptent que l’Administrateur, ses agents et ses cessionnaires puissent utiliser leurs noms, informations de contact (courriel, adresse, téléphone), pseudos, comptes et images afin d’exécuter le Tirage au sort. En outre, ces informations peuvent être utilisées et communiquées conformément à la politique de confidentialité le Alienware Arena, que vous pouvez consulter sur : http://www.alienwarearena.com/legal/privacy. Veuillez noter qu’en participant au Tirage au sort et en acceptant le présent Règlement officiel, vous reconnaissez et acceptez l’utilisation de vos informations personnelles et autres données aux fins énoncées ci-dessus, et que celles-ci peuvent être transférées et stockées aux États-Unis. Nous répondrons à votre réclamation au cours des 30 jours ouvrés suivant sa réception. Nous conserverons et utiliserons vos informations de manière à respecter nos obligations légales, à régler les différends et à appliquer nos engagements.
8. Dispense générale. Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, l’Administrateur, Dell Technologies, ou leurs parents, affiliés, filiales et agences de communication respectifs (collectivement « Entités du Tirage au sort ») et leurs responsables, directeurs ou directrices, agents et employés respectifs ne sont pas responsables des cas suivants, dans la mesure où ceux-ci sont hors de leur contrôle raisonnable : (a) échecs techniques de toute sorte, y compris et sans s’y limiter, téléphoniques, électroniques, informatiques, logiciels, de réseaux, d’Internet ou tout autre échec ou dysfonctionnement lié à l’informatique et aux communications ; (b) perturbations, accidents, pertes ou dommages du Tirage au sort provoqués par des événements hors du contrôle de l’Administrateur, sauf dommages corporels et décès causés par négligence, ou d'une faute intentionnelle de la part des entités organisatrices du concours; ou (c) erreurs techniques ou humaines relatives à la typographie, l’impression, ou erreurs administratives dans des documents associés au Tirage au sort. Sauf interdiction de la loi applicable, vous reconnaissez que les prix sont remis « en l’état » et que l’Administrateur ne donne aucune garantie, assurance ou représentation d’aucune sorte, explicite ou implicite, concernant le prix ou son utilisation, sa valeur et sa jouissance.
En s’inscrivant au Tirage au sort, et dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, les Participants acceptent de dispenser, décharger, indemniser et dégager les Entités du Tirage au sort et chacun de ses responsables, directeurs ou directrices, employés, agents et représentants de toute responsabilité relative aux pertes, dommages, droits, réclamations et actions de toute sorte découlant, en tout ou en partie, directement ou indirectement, du Tirage au sort ou de la participation à des activités liées à ce dernier, ou découlant, directement ou indirectement, de l’acceptation, la possession, l’utilisation bonne ou mauvaise de tout prix remis en lien avec le Tirage au sort, y compris et sans s’y limiter, blessures, décès et/ou dégâts matériels, ainsi que réclamations sur la base de droits de publicité, de diffamation et/ou d’atteinte à la vie privée, à l'exclusion toutefois des blessures corporelles ou du décès causés par la négligence ou la faute intentionnelle des entités organisatrices du concours.
9. Conditions générales.
- Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, le Tirage au sort et le présent Règlement officiel sont soumis à et interprétés par la loi de l'État d’Idaho (États-Unis). Les Participants acceptent que tout différend, réclamation et cause d’action découlant de ou en rapport avec le Tirage au sort ou le prix remis, ainsi que toutes les difficultés et questions concernant la validité, l’interprétation et l’application du présent Règlement officiel sont résolus individuellement, sans recourir à aucune forme d'action collective, et exclusivement dans un tribunal de la juridiction compétente siégeant à Ada County, Idaho (États-Unis), et les Participants acceptent qu’Ada County soit le site de toute action légale, sans considération des conflits de doctrine juridique. Certaines juridictions ne reconnaissent pas la compétence exclusive des tribunaux d’Ada County (États-Unis), auquel cas la disposition ci-dessus peut ne pas vous concerner.
- Toute réclamation, jugement et compensation est limité aux dépenses réelles engagées, y compris les coûts associés à la participation au Tirage au sort et, dans la mesure permise par la loi, ne comprennent pas les dommages consécutifs, exemplaires ou accessoires, et ne comprennent en aucun cas les frais d’avocats ou d’experts. Certaines juridictions interdisent la limitation ou l’exclusion de responsabilité en cas de dommages accessoires ou consécutifs, en conséquence la disposition ci-dessus peut ne pas vous concerner.
- Le Tirage au sort est assujetti à l’ensemble des lois et des règlements fédéraux, étatiques, provinciaux et municipaux applicables.
- Les Participants sont liés par le présent Règlement officiel et par les décisions de l’Administrateur, finales et exécutoires à tous égards.
- L’Administrateur se réserve le droit d’annuler, de suspendre et/ou de modifier le Tirage au sort, ou partie de celui-ci, si une fraude, un incident technique ou tout autre facteur hors de son contrôle raisonnable perturbe l’intégrité ou le bon fonctionnement du Tirage au sort, ou s’il s’avère incapable d’exécuter le Tirage au sort comme prévu, ce qu’il détermine à sa seule discrétion. Dans de telles circonstances, l'administrateur s'efforcera, dans la mesure du possible, de sélectionner le ou les gagnants de manière juste et équitable, à sa seule discrétion, parmi toutes les participations admissibles (le cas échéant) qui n'ont pas été affectées par le problème. L’Administrateur se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier tout individu essayant de saboter le processus d’inscription ou le déroulement du Tirage au sort, ou agissant en violation du présent Règlement officiel ou de toute autre promotion, ou agissant d’une manière déloyale et perturbatrice. Toute tentative délibérée de saper le déroulement légitime du Tirage au sort peut être une violation du droit pénal et civil, et, dans l’éventualité d’une telle tentative, l’Administrateur se réserve le droit de réclamer des dommages aux personnes à l’origine de cette tentative, dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.
- La non application d’une quelque condition du présent Règlement officiel par l'Administrateur ne saurait constituer une dérogation à cette dernière disposition.

Mit Ihrer Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel akzeptieren Sie diese offiziellen Regeln und sind mit ihren Bestimmungen einverstanden. Wenn Sie mit den offiziellen Regeln nicht einverstanden sind, nehmen Sie bitte nicht am Gewinnspiel teil.
- Teilnahmeberechtigung.
- Teilnahmeberechtigt an diesem Gewinnspiel sind ausschließlich Personen mit legalem Wohnsitz in den USA und Kanada (mit Ausnahme von Quebec), die am 15. Dezember 2025 mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, sowie Personen mit Wohnsitz in anderen teilnahmeberechtigten Ländern, die am 15. Dezember 2025 mindestens 16 Jahre alt sind („Teilnehmer“). Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen aus Ländern, die US-amerikanischen Exportkontrollbeschränkungen und Sanktionen unterliegen, aus Ländern, die mit einem US-Embargo belegt sind, sowie aus Ländern, die von der US-Regierung als terroristische Unterstützer eingestuft werden.
- Minderjährige Teilnehmer benötigen zur Teilnahme die Zustimmung ihrer Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten. Der Administrator kann die Zustimmung der Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten gegebenenfalls bestätigen und/oder eine Freigabeerklärung unterzeichnen. Die Teilnahme eines Teilnehmers ist ungültig, wenn die Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten die Zustimmung nicht bestätigen und/oder keine Freigabeerklärung unterzeichnen.
- Alle Teilnehmer müssen über eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse verfügen. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Teilnehmers, den Administrator über Änderungen ihrer E-Mail-Adresse zu informieren.
- Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel unterliegt der Einhaltung der im Folgenden angeführten Bestimmungen:
- Mitarbeiter des Administrators, der Dell Technologies, oder einer der jeweiligen Gesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, Filialen, Werbeagenturen oder anderer Unternehmen oder Personen, die mit dem Design, der Produktion, Ausführung oder Verbreitung des Gewinnspiels befasst sind sowie ihre unmittelbaren Familien (Ehepartner, Eltern, Stiefeltern, Geschwister, Stiefgeschwister, Kinder und Stiefkinder) und Haushaltsmitglieder (Personen, die zumindest drei (3) Monate pro Jahr denselben Wohnsitz haben) sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.
- Ungültig, wenn gesetzlich verboten.
- Kein Teilnehmer ist berechtigt, mehr als einen (1) Preis im Gewinnspiel zu erhalten.
2. Gewinnspielzeitraum. Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 15. Dezember 2025 um 10:00 Uhr Pacific Standard Time („PST“) und endet am 21. Dezember 2025 um 11:59 Uhr PST.
3. Wie Sie am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
Jeder Teilnehmer muss über ein kostenloses Alienware Arena-Konto verfügen oder ein solches erstellen und kann am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, indem er ein Teilnahmeformular online unter alienwarearena.com/ucf/show/2173606/boards/contest-and-giveaways-global/Sweepstakes/alienware-arena-end-of-year-celebration-artifact-sweepstakes-1. ausfüllt. Nach dem Ausfüllen des Teilnahmeformulars erhält der Teilnehmer eine Eintrag („Eintrag“) am Gewinnspiel.
Der Eintritt eine einzelne Teilnahme in der Ziehung ("Ziehung") für einen Preis. Maximal 1 Eintrag pro Person. Mehrere Teilnehmer dürfen nicht die gleiche E-Mail-Adresse verwenden. Jeder Versuch eines Teilnehmers, mehr als 1 Los zu erhalten, macht das Los ungültig und der Teilnehmer wird disqualifiziert.
4. Preis.
Der Administrator vergibt die folgenden Preise. Sollte der Gewinner das Artefakt bereits besitzen, erhält er stattdessen den angegebenen ARP.

Die Preise werden im Ist-Zustand und ohne jegliche Gewährleistung (abgesehen von der Standardgarantie des Herstellers) bereitgestellt. Alle Einzelheiten und andere Beschränkungen der Preise, die nicht in diesen offiziellen Regeln enthalten sind, werden nach alleinigem Ermessen des Administrators festgelegt. Soweit nach geltendem Recht zulässig, alle Steuern (und bilanziellen Folgen) und andere Gebühren oder Kosten in Zusammenhang mit den Preisen, die oben angeführt sind, liegen in der alleinigen Verantwortung der Gewinner. Preise können nicht ersetzt werden, außer mit Zustimmung des Administrators, der sich das Recht vorbehält, einen Preis mit demselben oder einem höheren Wert zu vergeben, falls ein beworbener Preis nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Der Administrator übernimmt die Versand- oder Lieferkosten für den Preis.
5. Preisverlosung. Der Administrator führt die Gewinnspiel am oder um den 22. Dezember 2025.
- Die Verlosung wird vom Administrator in Boise, ID, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika durchgeführt. Die Verlosung erfolgt durch den Zufallsgenerator des Administrators.
- Die Gewinnchancen für den Preis basieren auf der Gesamtanzahl der für das Gewinnspiel qualifizierten Teilnehmer und sind für jede Teilnahmemethode gleich hoch.
- Ihre Anwesenheit ist nicht erforderlich, um zu gewinnen.
- Alle Entscheidungen des Administrators sind endgültig und verbindlich.
- Der Administrator händigt keinen Preis an jemand anderen als den Gewinner oder den Elternteil/rechtlichen Vormund eines minderjährigen Gewinners aus, an ihrem Wohnort.
6. Benachrichtigung des Gewinners. Jeder potenzielle Gewinner wird innerhalb von drei (3) Tagen nach der Auslosung per E-Mail benachrichtigt.. Jeder potenzielle Gewinner ist verpflichtet, dem Berechtigungsschreiben und der Haftungsfreistellung („Haftungsfreistellung“) zuzustimmen, in denen den offiziellen Regeln zugestimmt und auf die Haftung im gesetzlich zulässigen Ausmaß verzichtet wird. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel stellt die Zustimmung des Gewinners dar, diese Dokumente zu unterschreiben. Falls gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, muss der Gewinner außerdem entsprechende Steuererklärungen auf Bundes-, Landes- und/oder Provinzebene abgeben. Innerhalb von Fünf (5) Tagen der Benachrichtigung muss der Gewinner dem Administrator die angeforderten Dokumente zusenden, da andernfalls der Preis verfällt. In diesem Fall wählt der Administrator mit derselben Zufallsmethode einen alternativen Gewinner aus. Der Gewinner stimmt durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel der Nennung seines Namens, Pseudonyms und Landes durch den Administrator in den Gewinnspiel.
7. Nutzung von Informationen. Der Administrator erfasst persönliche Informationen, um das Gewinnspiel durchzuführen und kann zu diesem Zweck diese Informationen Dritten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf den Sponsor des Preises und Administratoren des Preises zur Verfügung stellen. Die Teilnahme bedingt die Bekanntgabe dieser Informationen. Die Teilnehmer stimmen zu, dass der Administrator und seine Agenten und Bevollmächtigten ihre Namen, Kontaktinformationen (E-Mail, Adresse, Telefonnummer), Pseudonyme, Spielkonto und Bild für das Gewinnspiel verwenden dürfen. Außerdem können solche Informationen entsprechend der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Alienware Arena unter http://www.alienwarearena.com/legal/privacy verwendet und offengelegt werden. 8. Allgemeine Freistellung. Soweit durch das anwendbare Recht zulässig sind der Administrator, Dell Technologies, und jede der jeweiligen Gesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, Filialen und Werbeagenturen (gemeinsam die „Gewinnspiel-Instanzen“) und alle der jeweiligen Amtsträger, Direktoren, Agenten und Mitarbeiter nicht für das Folgende verantwortlich, sofern es sich deren angemessenen Kontrolle entzieht:(a) technische Störungen jeder Art, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Telefon, Elektronik, Hardware, Software, Netzwerk, Internet oder jeden anderen Computer und mit der Kommunikation verbundene Störungen oder Ausfälle; (b) alle Störungen, Verletzungen, Verluste oder Schäden des Gewinnspiels, die durch Ereignisse entstanden sind, die sich der Kontrolle des Administrators entziehen, ausgenommen Personenschaden oder Tod durch Fahrlässigkeit; oder vorsätzliches Fehlverhalten der an dem Gewinnspiel beteiligten Unternehmen; oder (c) jeder technische oder menschliche Fehler wie z. Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel sind die Teilnehmer einverstanden, jede der Gewinnspiel-Instanzen und jeden ihrer Amtsträger, Direktoren, Mitarbeiter, Agenten und Repräsentanten freizustellen, zu entlasten, und schadlos zu halten gegenüber Verlust, Schaden, Rechte, Ansprüche und Handlungen aller Art, die ganz oder teilweise aus dem Gewinnspiel oder der Teilnahme an einer mit dem Gewinnspiel verbundenen Aktivität entstehen oder direkt oder indirekt durch Annahme, Besitz, Nutzung oder Missbrauche eines Preises entstanden sind, der in Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel vergeben wurde, einschließlich ohne Einschränkung Personenschaden, Tod, und/oder Sachschaden sowie Ansprüche, die auf Veröffentlichkeitsrechten, Verleumdung und/oder Störung der Privatsphäre basieren, jedoch unter Ausschluss von Personenschäden oder Todesfällen, die durch Fahrlässigkeit oder vorsätzliches Fehlverhalten der an dem Gewinnspiel beteiligten Unternehmen verursacht wurden.
9. Allgemeine Bedingungen.
- Soweit durch das anwendbare Recht zulässig unterliegen das Gewinnspiel und diese offiziellen Regeln dem Recht des Staates Idaho, USA, und werden diesem entsprechend ausgelegt. Jeder Teilnehmer ist einverstanden, dass jegliche und alle Streitsachen, Ansprüche und Klagegründe, die aufgrund oder in Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel oder dem verliehenen Preis entstehen, sowie alle Probleme und Fragen hinsichtlich der Gültigkeit, Auslegung und Durchsetzbarkeit dieser offiziellen Regeln individuell gelöst werden, ohne Zugriff auf irgendeine Form von Sammelklagen und ausschließlich in einem Gericht der zuständigen Gerichtsbarkeit in Ada County, Idaho, USA, und alle Teilnehmer sind einverstanden, dass Ada County der Gerichtsstand für Klagen unter Ausschluss der Kollisionsnomen ist. In einigen Gerichtsbarkeiten wird die ausschließliche Zuständigkeit des Courts of Ada County, USA, nicht anerkannt; in diesem Fall könnte die obige Gerichtsstandsklausel für Sie nicht zutreffen.
- Alle Ansprüche, gerichtlichen Entscheidungen und Schadenersatzurteile beschränken sich auf tatsächlich entstandene Auslagen, einschließlich der Kosten, die mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel verbunden sind, und, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, und enthalten niemals Folgeschäden, sonstige Schäden oder Schadenersatz und auf keinen Fall Anwalts- oder Expertengebühren. In einigen Gerichtsbarkeiten ist die Haftungsbeschränkung oder der Haftungsausschluss für Neben- oder Folgeschäden nicht zulässig, daher könnte die obige Klausel für Sie nicht zutreffen.
- Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt dem anwendbaren bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen, regionalen und lokalen Gesetzen und Regelungen.
- Die Teilnehmer sind einverstanden, an diese offiziellen Regeln und die Entscheidungen des Administrators gebunden zu sein, die in jeder Hinsicht endgültig und verbindlich sind.
- Der Administrator behält sich nach alleinigem Ermessen das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ganz oder teilweise zu stornieren, auszusetzen und/oder zu verändern, falls Betrug, technische Störungen oder jegliche andere Faktoren, die sich der angemessenen Kontrolle des Administrators entziehen, die Integrität oder ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels beeinträchtigen oder der Administrator aus anderen Gründen nicht in der Lage ist, das Gewinnspiel wie geplant durchzuführen. Unter solchen Umständen wird der Administrator nach besten Kräften versuchen, die Gewinner auf faire und gerechte Weise, nach eigenem Ermessen, aus allen teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen (sofern vorhanden) auszuwählen, die von dem Problem nicht betroffen sind. Der Administrator behält sich nach alleinigem Ermessen das Recht vor, jede Person zu disqualifizieren, die den Teilnahmeprozess oder die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels manipuliert oder durch ihr Handeln gegen die offiziellen Regeln oder andere Werbeaktion verstößt oder auf unsportliche oder störende Weise agiert. Jeder Versuch einer Person, die rechtmäßige Durchführung des Gewinnspiels vorsätzlich zu unterminieren kann ein Verstoß gegen das Straf- und Zivilrecht darstellen. Sollte so ein Versuch unternommen werden, behält sich der Administrator das Recht vor, Schadenersatzforderungen in voller Höhe des gesetzlich zulässigen Betrages zu erheben.
- Die Unterlassung der Durchsetzung einer der Bestimmungen dieser offiziellen Regeln stellt keinen Verzicht auf diese Klausel dar.
