As MarvashMagalli and others have pointed out, we're in danger of missing out on the fragments from the Where Winds Meet Steam Community Event.
We can still get the remaining 50 ARP and 5 fragment rewards, though, if we all chip in some hours here and there.
(With the recent achievement high-quality posts also pushing relays off the first page quick, also wouldn't hurt to post about it, and make sure the word gets out.)

We're a little over half way through the required hours and the time allotted. This is kind of a bad sign, as the first week usually has the most hours as people complete their personal hours, and then it tends to drop off.

All signs point to an Elder Scrolls Online Community Event starting August 5th.
No indication of a free weekend for the game as of yet, but the base game is on sale for 75% off on Steam (until August 13th), and you might have the Steam version from their previous MASSIVE giveaway on AWA too.
ESO events have gone pretty well here before, so the 100K hours should be achievable.

Anyone else noticing Twitch time tracking being off today?
I'm watching a Hive partner and have been for at least an hour and 40 minutes (I think actually 2 hours or so), but it's showing 63 minutes minutes watched. I put on a timer earlier and at 15 minutes on the stopwatch, the tracker had only increased 10 minutes from the time it had shown before.
ARP is correct for the time it thinks I've been watching, but the time is off.
