So, the month is slowly ending and there's still no solution for the ones like me, who didn't get the Twinkle Lights border from Dec 18th. Even though I didn't miss a single day in the calendar.

You may be onto something. I'm in the same boat! I have ARP logs on the day of that frame. I didn't even miss the day before either, so I don't think a streak reset would've done anything. Something happened.

I didn't have a streak reset that day and I'm quite sure I got the ARPs that day, but not the border.

I didn't win any ARP from 7-day streak at days giving a border on the 28-day login. I did not received the borders too, though :') Did you received fragments on day 28, or does it trigger the same bug ?
