has anyone ordered a physical item with their ARP and never received it? this has happened to me, I contacted support and got a message stating it could take 6 weeks. 3 months later Still nothing and no way to get any help. Its extremely frustrating and discouraging. ANY HELP would greatly be appreciated

Have you tried contact through Discord? Somehow they could check things there faster. But since now it's weekend so probably you'll need to wait till Monday until someone checks up on you.

Open a Dell Support Ticket usually that or call them I'm so sorry to hear that you are are having trouble for arp related things usually get straightened via team members or cartire geeky heart Vigo or Pylawn hope this helps

I have many times, I have received some and others not. I never received the baseball cap, or the shirt (although their support said they resent the shirt I never received the resent one either)

oh and now i claimed more stuff and they say i need to sync my phone with awa supplyer and awa sit wont send me verifcation code to save my number , and if phone no sync they wont send my claimed awa dell rewards pffff wth ? need help
