Anyone know how much ARP I can get from Steam each day? I have finally got it to connect, but theres no info on the max amount I can earn from this.

It's once a week, not per day. And it's 25 ARP for each of the set games (these change each week) and 15 ARP for the Choose Your Own game, plus whatever bonus ARP you earn from artifacts.
