Is anyone else not getting the new achievements if you've already completed the task in the past? (retrospectively)

I've found if there is a further achievement in the same section and you can trigger the further achievement then it will trigger the ones you have already fulfilled. But if there's no further achievement you can't trigger retrospectively.
