I can´t change artifacts. I know you can only change them every 24h. Now it´s more than 24h since my last change and it still doesn´t allow me to do it (a prohibited sign with a message appears). Is this normal? Am I missing something?

It's a well-known issue with the server-side cache. To force-update the page, upgrade an artifact that cannot be upgraded (like Scion, assuming you have it lvl2 already). The page will refresh, the slot will unlock.

For me changing eu.alienware to na.alienware on artifact page usually force fixes the bug and can change artifacts normally.
