newb question: how can I upgrade artifacts? I have 15 fragments. I want to upgrade Scion of Light. I have it equipped. However, I don't see an "upgrade" button on the artifacts page. What am I missing?

when you go to equip it there next to it the upgrade button

Thanks <mention></mention>ZAKIJESK. U r the best. I scrolled down to each individual section, and ur right. When u click on the artifact, there is an upgrade button :)
