A few days ago I won a community giveaways, (100% Orange Juice - Krila & Kae Character Pack DLC) I claim and redeem the steam game key DLC straightaway into my Steam account after I read the email congratulating me I won. Today I tried to enter new community giveaways, but I get this message, (You are currently suspended from entering community giveaways.) Is this a bug or something, what do I do, as I can't enter any new community giveaways?
