I cant use my dragon's dogma 2 key from vault due to regional issue (my steam account and my alienware account is not in the same region). AWA discord admin said that i can email contact@alienwarearena.com for assistance, but they didnt reply my email. Does anyone here have the same issue?

Well, maybe you shouldn't have tried to cheat the system somehow.. Maybe you can try to create a community giveaway to give it back to people here who can redeem it

@anonumos that was not true at all, AWA detect your ip to decide which region you are. There are multiple confirmed region for dd2 (Sea, NA, EU, LATAM). I got a SEA key, but my steam region is in NA, therefore key doesnt work

Sadly changing region on steam is not a simple task, also using VPN won work, you need to really change your store country for it to work.

Well, not sure what went wrong but I'm from Germany (EU region) and it wasn't available here.

I also didn't receice an answer. I wish they made a public announcement. And I really hope they don't revoke our keys. It is the first time I managed to grab a key.

@bzhknight im not trying to cheat anything, i was in NA, my steam is in NA, now i moved to SEA, awa detected my location and changed my region to SEA, but steam doesnt, i need to wait 3 months before changing region on steam
