Questions 1-3 of the survey have blank options displayed, but the rest is totally usable. It's also a Tuesday. Odd day to start having a survey quest. It's also my birthday today, but nevermind that.

@DrMASE if I could do that, that would be great, but that's not possible. The rest of the form was fine. These three do not have any items on the dropdown.

@TurdFerguson87 maybe a different browser or clear cache. I didn't have that issue.

@DrMASE didn't have to. I was able to access the page even after the link disappeared and was able to get through the entire anticlimactic survey. It was definitely on the AWA side.
