Time on Site. I only got 4 despite having completed "Watch Twitch Complete: 30 ARP Max Cap Reached" an having spend around 3 hours doing so. It should have been 11. Weird. Now I switched to Steam Artifacts, So it maxed at 5 :(.

Browsers have a tendency to kill inactive tabs if you're running low on RAM from too many other tabs, other running apps/games, etc. I've run into this before where Twitch stayed alive because it's a video but AWA didn't.

Ya know what. If you have like firefox, and a video is playing, you can mute the tab, but that keeps said tab active. Try that (i don't know if chrome has that function too) on one of the longer videos in the video section, see if it helps.

If your time on site is maxed at 11 then switching to other artifact will show only 5, but 6 ARP are still counted. Just remember to close AWA tab and open this site tomorrow after 24h which will allow to equip Time on Site artifact again.
