A few issues with the achievements:
Still broken:
1. Vote on your first Arena Connect Poll;
2. Enter Game-Vault;
3. Change your avatar items every day for a week (I think this got swapped with “Change your avatar once a month for a year,” since I already unlocked the yearly one);
4. Reach Tier 2 (even if you’re already Tier 5);
