Can achievements be used as artifacts?
Design-wise artifacts and achievements look very similar.
I am also wondering if there is any perk for achievements at all, or if it's just nice to have?

They are indeed Artifacts, but they are 'Static Artifacts' NOT 'Chaotic Artifacts'. All artifacts, only chaotic ones have usable effects on the site and can be equipped.
