Doom Dark Ages Key not for steam? It says Redeem on fanatical or when I redem on fanatical it give me key for steam or what?

Usually they're Steam keys, but keys nonetheless. The expiration date only applies to revealing the key, not the key itself. Keys may have their own expiration date, but this is rare. It's not complicated at all.

it's steam and is delivered through fanatical to address the problem of different region locks since AWA doesn't have region detect mechanism but fanatical does.
