Same! I had a quick refresh, clicked the confirm button, but it did nothing so I refreshed again, but the site crashed, and the keys were gone.

I didn't get a message either because the site bogged with traffic. I still got my key. You just have to be quick with it. It's competitive out here, not a gimme.

I was quick, the second it turned 5pm I clicked on the game i wanted and tried to confirm, it did nothing.
