Welp..., Dell just made the most pointless upgrade to their website don't bother buying dell rewards points with your arp they just removed the entire video game section if you planned on getting something from there pack it up its over lads

SERIOUSLY? Hopefully it's a huge mistake and they're merely reconstructing where to find everything. That would be one of the dumbest decisions if it's not. They'd have more sales if they didn't make DRP expire and supplied more inventory.

I had some games saved in favorites and it said they were removed due to system maintenance. But now most of the physical games and controllers are gone. So either they have website database issues or they discontinued carrying. I hope not.

I'm hoping this is just a temporary thing. At the top it says "we're upgrading our site". I can't imagine they would just nuke their inventory of games they still have. So hopefully it comes back.

I can tell you that while the games page is missing, not all games are gone. If you search "Dell you might still find the game. Not every game is still there, but it is worth a shot.

The main page clearly states that updates are underway as they're upgrading their site. If you look beyond games, you'll find that a lot of bookmarks and searches no longer work/pull results.

Either this is temporary due to the updates or they're going to stop selling a LOT of stuff. Chairs, desks, shredders, speakers/soundbars, DAC Amps, microphones, surge protectors, lighting...a bunch of stuff is currently not available.

Just noticed this, and it really scared me! Some other categories are missing too, like hard drives, so I'm hoping it's a website thing and not a true inventory change.

Here in the UK, we have never had a chance to buy Games and all the other goodies etc and other stuff you USA could get with your DRP, not sure why thou, i am still grateful for the DRP thou.
