I figured it out. In twitch I had to approve the tracker. Works like a champ now

If the streamer has the Alienware tracker as an icon in the stream video screen, ARP will be counted automatically.

If the tracker is a separate block underneath the stream video (inbetween all the other streamer info, you have to move the screen so the tracker shows; it will activate then; you will see the text change.

Because of my ad blocks if the tracker isn't the new style (icon on twitch stream window) I have to scroll down and revoke then grant access again to alienware to get my points.
