I'll save you time, energy and resources by telling you that it doesn't matter. Everything is random and the bid requirement is always rigged because of people somehow having significantly more than others for one game. Only the fewest win.

It's not 1️⃣? "Please select a value that is no less than 1". Most of those games are shovelware 🤮, so I thought no one is so desperate for such games to place a high bid. However, the first reply may have proven me wrong.
