The world of film, music and video games today is saying farewell to Daniel Licht, a talented composer who, with his work, marked the horror genre. Licht died at the age of sixty, leaving behind rich musical makings.

His most notorious thing could be heard in TV series Dexter, and to players he beautified the adventures in Dishonored and its sequel. Licht also briefly worked on Silent Hill franchises, that is, the sequels of Downpur and Book of Memories, in which he did not succeed in replacing the longtime composer Akiru Yamaoku.
