Overwatch is a fast-paced fire and forget rock & roll FPS while PUBG is a tactical analisys shooter where stealth can win you a game...
There is nothing similar between them.
Personally i prefer Overwatch because I don't have much time to play and want to have as much fun as possible with that limited time, but each person has a different need.
I suggest you watch some streaming of the two to feel which is the most fun for you.
