ARP 5
It’s been a little less than a year since we release ARP 4. During that time, we completely changed the way ARP was earned on Alienware Arena through our voting system. ARP 5 follows down that path today, while giving everyone more options to earn points.
What’s New?
Daily Quests. Each day, new quests will be located in your ARP STATUS widget. Quests range from simply visiting a specific URL or possibly having to find it via clues. Changing your Avatar or badges. Reading or posting news. Check in every day to see what new quests await.
Consecutive login bonus. Earn extra ARP for logging on to the site in consecutive days. This bonus ARP resets after 10 days of consecutive logins.
Bonus ARP. During special events (or when I just feel like it), ARP will have a multiplier attached. If you complete your quests or voting during this time, you will earn extra ARP. Who knows, you might see the first multiplier over the upcoming US holiday (you will, there’s no reason for me to be coy here).
Master Levels. Once you reach maximum level, earning 500 more points will grant you access to a Master Level. Your level will reset to 1 (you will keep your existing perks) and you will earn prestige rewards. All Master Level members will have access to an exclusive key pool for the majority of giveaways. No more low-level members coming in and swiping all the keys before you had a chance.
Profile Pages. Your profile page has changed. With the addition of Hero Art, as you level up, you will unlock a Shoutbox, Friends list, and Relics. Using relics, you can showcase up to 4 pieces of content that you are proud of and want to display to everyone.
The update also brings new Badges and Borders, so head over and check them out now.

Future
Once again, we’re not done improving and advancing ARP. We are currently working on a new achievement system, so we can really showcase how much time and energy you’re expending on AWA. (It will be depressing for some members…)
