GTA 5 - The MOUNT CHILIAD CREATURE Caught me Again!

GTA 5 The Mount Chiliad creature caught me again in GTA V (GTA 5 scary easter egg). Is this a part of the GTA 5 Mount Chiliad mystery or is this a completely different creepy GTA 5 easter egg? Regardless, this GTA 5 location is pretty scary and it also seems that a special creature resides there. Or maybe it's just a GTA 5 glitch? Who even knows at this point...
