Hello,
i want to upate the firmware Alienware Pro Gaming-keyboard: AW768 from 0039h -> 0048h with the alienware command center (windows 10 pro). the app download the firmware and at the update-process nothing happend. 0% and i alway get an error-message number 3 (stake out and plug-in and retry) but it doesn't work. i also tried another usb but it doesnt work.
