Dan Houser is leaving the Rockstar Games
In 1998, the brothers Dan and Sam Housers founded Rockstar Games, a company that is one of the largest video game publishers, known primarily from the Grand Theft Auto series. Dan Houser was the writer of most of the titles in the GTA series, as well as both parts of Read Dead Redemption, and the producer and creative director of the company. His resume speaks for itself.
Take Two in a short note on the occasion of the financial statements announced that the co-founder and vice president of Rockstar Games is leaving the studio. Dan Houser has not been involved in the company for a year, when he went on a long break. The last day of his work at Rockstar is March 11, 2020.
Here is a short thank you from Take Two:
After an extended break beginning in the spring of 2019, Dan Houser, Vice President, Creative at Rockstar Games, will be leaving the company. Dan Houser’s last day will be March 11, 2020. We are extremely grateful for his contributions.
