I was stuck in a waiting room originally but got in after a few minutes. They might run out today (3/29) but it sounds like they are doing another batch (3/30). Relevant text from their website: "On March 29th and 30th, we'll be adding a limited set of Steam game keys for Fury Unleashed each day. Follow @SteelSeries to learn when keys get added each day!"
I did have to create an account with them and agree to notifications, but I was able to claim a key without confirming email.
