To enabler Frame Generation just make shortcut of Game.exe, Right click on that Shortcut add -dx12 i.e. it should be like this ""x:\****\Silent Hill 2 2024 Remake\SHProto.exe" -dx12" Run the game from that shortcut and all things i.e. TAA, FSR 1, FSR 3.1, DLSS, XESS as well as Frame Generation will available in game's graphics settings.
