Strinova is up for a MAJOR update!

Strinova is a dynamic Anime shooter shooter with 2D mechanics that breaks the battlefield! A perfect marriage of competitive TPS and casual gamemodes, the game enables players to turn into two dimensional paper. Released in November, Strinova has made its name among the top shooters. Honing classic gamemodes such as Demolition and Escort, the Devs behind Strinova has unveiled an exciting major update to the world of Strinova:

On March 27th, Strinova will launch the biggest update since its release, introducing the new exciting Outbreak mode. Inspired by classic “infection” themes, the gamemode surrounds the struggle between the Superstring Agent (human) faction versus the Crystalline (infected) faction. In Outbreak Mode, 15 players enter a casual match, with 3 players transforming into Crystallines — a mysterious faction against the world of Strinova. The goal for the Crystallines is to infect everyone else within a set time, while the agents are focused on surviving until the round ends. When only 3 agents remain, the survivors' power is greatly enhanced.

Additionally, the game also introduces a roguelike card system to add an extra layer of randomness and excitement to each game. These cards can dramatically increase player stats or power, often with a trade-off.

Strinova also unveils a new agent: Mara. Inspired by the Grim Reaper, she is as dominant as she is ruthless, making her one of the deadliest agents. Mara’s unique mechanic allows her to bypass armor, targeting an enemy’s health directly. Armed with a powerful submachine gun, she excels in close-quarters combat, racking up kills quickly. Her skills also manipulate enemy hitboxes, giving her more margin for error when aiming.
